there’s a potted plant in our living room, it is roughly 10 years older than me. It was given to my mother by my sister around the time she was in kindergarten and now it is a fucking beast of vines and leaves.
When I remember these things about the plant, I start to think of it as a strange and quiet older sibling. I have never known life without this fucking potted plant in the living...
